After its world premiere in Frankfurt this September, the 5-Series GT will go on sale in Europe in late October with prices in Germany set at €55,200 (about $76,000 USD) for the 245HP 530d GT, €55,700 (around $76,000) for the 306HP 535i GT and €75,300 (approx $103,700) for the range topping 408HP 550i GT.
An rough idea of BMW’s pricing tactics in other markets, in Germany, the 530d, 535i and 550i cost €2,700, €3,200 and €800 less than their respective X6 counterparts.
